Okay. Here's one. I was fighting with my earthbender friend the other day. She flung a rock in my direction. So I told her, "Hey! Stop fighting dirty!"

What's your name, friend of an earthbender? That's a little long to call you.

I am Sokka, friend of all earthbenders. Except evil ones.

Mind if I call you Sokka for short? [There's a hint of a smile in her voice; she figures she can roll with this a little.]

I'm Dana Scully. You can call me Scully for short though. That's usually what I hear anyway.
