[Man, what a day. Things in the clinic was a lot of bad luck on her part, and even at home it wasn't all that great. Her dinner burned, her hair nearly caught on fire, the water for her bath wasn't working...
So it was time for a run. Around the village. About four times.
Scully will stop on occasion to take a breather, drink some water, and continue on. Hopefully she doesn't fall into a ditch or something.
Oh wait.
...and the bad luck continues. Figures.
Scully will find herself in a large ditch, her foot getting caught in... uh, something. She isn't sure what it is, but her foot is caught and she has no way of getting out.
You can catch her either running, or calling for help. Either way.]

Hold on! Almost there...
[Sure enough, Mulder is carefully making his way down.]
You know, I've got a bit of Nala's pizazz, so I can try and heal you if it turns out you are hurt. I'm going for my MD next week.
[Totally kidding on the doctor thing, but how's that for a role reversal!]

[She'll shift a little, and try to move again, but she'll wince.] I might be a little hurt.
no subject
[He makes it to the bottom, and heads over to Scully.]
Let's get you out of there, first...
[Mulder crouches down and starts trying to get her un-stuck.]
no subject
[She'll be helping him as best she can, from her position. Hopefully it actually helps instead of hinder.]
no subject
Good news, we don't have to amputate.
[Ok, now to see if he can do something for it. He doesn't get to do this much, so he's going to have to focus a bit.]
Just give me a moment to get into the Nala-groove, so to speak.
no subject
[But she'll give him a weird look at the next comment.]
"Nala-groove"? It sounds like you're going to a disco.

I'd be so envious if you ended up with a peg leg, you have no idea. Anyway... Nala is a pretty easy spirit to connect with, though you have to be in the right mindset for any of them...
[He concentrates a moment, and soon the soothing healing power from Nala emerges, going toward Scully's leg.]

[He's just glad he can do something for her, since normally he can't do a thing medically. Mulder lets the magic continue for as long as he can.]
There! That's as much as I can do now, I hope it helps...
no subject
[She'll wince a little but she won't let a little pain in her leg get her down, especially when she's teasing Mulder.]
Thanks. Yeah, it helped, it just hurts. I guess that's probably normal, huh?
no subject
[He looks at her with a nod, relieved that she's at least a bit better.]
Yeah, that's how it usually goes. It can only heal so much, but it ought to be enough to let you move around.
no subject
[Yes, you'd be an X-File. One she'd be interested in figuring out.]
Yeah, thanks. That'll help so I can get home.
no subject
[He says that in one of those typical Muldery tones. But really, poking fun at things helps him feel less worried.]
If you need any support, just lean on me.
no subject
[She really does mean that as a question, though she's smirking as she asks this.]
Right, I'm sure I'll need plenty of that getting out of this ditch.
[Scully will pull herself up and wobble a little, but otherwise she's all right. She'll be looking to Mulder as her OK to get going.]
no subject
[It really pleases him immensely when she actually seems to be favoring one of his kind of theories.]
Just take your time, and take it easy. You'll be all right.
[Mulder steps in to help when she needs it, so they can start getting out of here.]
no subject
Hearts, Mulder."?
[She'll be reciting this as she leans on him for support to get up the hill. Yes, this takes her mind off of the pain, which is what she needs.]
no subject
[He's more than willing to play along, especially if it makes Scully feel better. He knows well the way a good distraction can help things. He takes his time with her, not wanting to make her rush any.]
no subject
[hnnng stepping wrong is bad
She'll stumble a little, stop, and wait for a moment.] Clearly that was too much of a distraction from walking.

We'll save the inner workings of my secret diary for when we get comfortably inside. Just... take it easy, take your time, ok?
no subject
[All this is said with a grimace, but she's trying, at least.]
Besides, I want to hear all about your secret diary, as much as I can get out of you.
no subject
[Just continuing to take it nice and slow.]
I've sworn myself to secrecy about most of its contents, but I think you've earned a few glimpses.
